Morning yoga class
Alternative basic calisthenics workout at the hotel
7am - 8am
Besides the morning and afternoon yoga class or calisthenics workout there will be other planned activities, either canyoneering, handstand workshop, snorkling, or calisthenics workshop. Activities will be based on weather condition and schedule is subject to change.
Breakfast on your porch
Choose between smoothie bowl & banana pancakes, American or Filipino breakfast or enjoy either fluffy or thin pancakes with fresh fruit, coffee or tea and fresh juice

Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls
After a short drive you will recive your helmet and go on an adventure, jumping, sliding through one of the most pictures rivers on the way to the Kawasan falls. Afterwards we enjoy filipino lunch before heading back to Tongo Hills

Free time or social time

Relaxe in your hammock or join us at the common area for a bon fire or movie night
Afternoon yoga class
